Warrior Relief is changing to All Together Pharmacy Charity!
We have created a true non-profit charity called All Together Pharmacy to take care of our patients in need.

This new charity will provide your medicine to Grass Lake Community Pharmacy or directly to you. Either way, you will be able to pick up your medicine at the Grass Lake Community Pharmacy like always. We will be making the process as seemless and easy for existing Warrior Relief patients. However, we have to collect some income information from you and a little background.

What is changing?
1. As a true non-profit, we will now have a request and approval procedure to qualify for services.
2. The funds are collected in All Together Pharmacy, and provided from there to your pharmacy to cover your costs at the cash register.
3. We will have more options in the new pharmacy: like a sliding scale of coverage, a full list of manufacturer's coupons, and the ability to expand our assistance.
4. We will have people that can help with your situation beyond just covering copayments/cash.

What do I have to do?
All you have to do schedule an phone appointment below and request continuation of service. Our team will ask you private questions to confirm you qualify for service through your income level, or through another means of access.
