58 year old family man without insurance recently had a heart attack and cardiovascular intervention.  The medical bills are overwhelming and the requirement to not go to work as a self-employed person has put his whole family in financial distress.

Clopidgrel is a medication that acts on the body's platelets. It makes them less active and "sticky".  It helps lower the risk of clots that can clog vessels that allow proper blood flow to the heart.
