Warpath Baseball brought together players, volunteers, and supporters on April 24, 2026, for a memorable day filled with friendly competition and community connection. We are deeply grateful to have been invited to sponsor the Hole-In-One / Closest to the Pin contest, an event that combined excitement on the course with two meaningful causes! The day was marked by laughter, impressive golf shots (a couple not so much), and a shared commitment to helping local patients in need of prescription support.

A Day of Fun and Camaraderie
From the start of the event, there was a strong sense of energy and engagement. Players from different backgrounds came together to compete, connect, and enjoy the day. Volunteers kept everything moving smoothly, from welcoming participants to managing the contest area and supporting each group. Throughout the course, easy conversation and small moments of encouragement reflected the shared enjoyment of the event.

Having a Closest to the Pin contest with a great potential payout made the hole extra fun for the players.
Celebrating Aaron N’s Winning Shot
We are thrilled to congratulate Aaron N, who took home the $100 prize for the closest shot to the pin. Aaron hit his shot to 5' 6". His winning shot will be remembered as a highlight of the day.
Special Thanks to the Organizers
Events like this do not happen without dedicated leadership. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Matt Prater and Greg Cagney, Jr., whose hard work and attention to detail made the day possible. Their commitment to the Warpath Baseball community and to supporting local causes was clear in every aspect of the event. From coordinating volunteers to managing logistics, their efforts ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Special thanks to our Volunteers
Craig, Vickie, Annette, Kim, and Rylie were wonderful in setting up the event and engaging with the golfers. Without them, we couldn't have had such a great day!
Supporting a Worthy Cause
Beyond the fun and competition, the event had a powerful purpose. Funds raised during the day will go directly to helping local patients who need assistance with their prescription medications. This support makes a real difference in people’s lives, easing financial burdens and improving health outcomes. The success of the event is a testament to the generosity and spirit of the Warpath Baseball community and all who participated.
